Our History and Development

PromoteSmallBusiness.com started in 2007 as an advertising arena for small businesses without web sites to be able to get graphic profile pages displayed through an online directory. As time went by, it became evident that more businesses were interested in having their own lower cost web sites than having advertising space. So, we listened to the voice of our customers and made our first transition into a lower-cost web design company.

This new business model allowed us to serve customers who never before could have afforded a web site. However, once our new web design customers started getting a taste of our "treatment", they liked us so much that they started asking us for more specialized, premium services! So once again, we listened to the voice of our customers and in mid 2009, PromoteSmallBusiness.com started offering premium web design packages for those who wanted the golden treatment!

Finally, in late 2009, some of our potential customers approached us about learning basic computer skills, so that they could feel more comfortable with their "machines". Hence, we added that as a service as well.
