Basic and Intermediate Computer Training

Some of our customers might be new to computers, or, they may not have had the training they needed when computers came out. For those customers, we have basic and intermediate computer skill training programs. The fee for the basic training sessions is $15 and hour. The fee for the Intermediate Programs is $40 an hour (except Basic Web site Maintenance for current customers of PromoteSmallBusiness.com.)

Although we are looking into expanding this service geographically, right now we can only cater to Northeast Ohio customers.

The Basic Training Programs are:

Computer Introduction

Word Processing and the ABC's of computer documents

Working with Excel/Spreadsheets: Basic

The Intermediate Training Programs are:

Intermediate Excel/Spreadsheets

Intermediate Working with Graphics: Photoshop
